Annual Salary Range: Negotiable dependent upon credentials and experience. Full benefits package competitive salaries. Job Description:

General Definition:

Individuals may provide case management services to consumers with substance abuse
and/or mental health disorders. Duties include, but are not limited to providing PCC
staff with current policies and procedures with the MCO, NC TOPPS, and referral
sources. Individuals in this position are considered to be non-licensed or provisionally
licensed professionals and meet the requirements for NC Qualified Professional.
Individuals may provide case management services to consumers with substance abuse
and/or mental health disorders.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a four-year college or university in a
human services field; and two years of related experience with the MH/SA
population.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in a non-human service field; and four years of
related experience with the MH/SA population.

Must meet the NC Division of MH/DD/SA requirements for Qualified
Professional for the primary population of consumers served
