Phoenix Counseling Center operates two (2), 16-bed, residential crisis stabilization programs for mental health emergencies, dangerous behaviors, and/or intoxication from drugs and/or alcohol. This is a short-term service provided in a safe and secure environment intended to create stabilization for follow-on services and treatment.

Cleveland Crisis and Recovery Center

Phoenix Counseling Center operates this 16-bed capacity facility, in Cleveland County, with semi-private rooms and arranged space to provide both privacy and necessary supervision. This facility provides a comprehensive array of services for adults (18+) experiencing mental health emergencies, dangerous behaviors, and/or intoxication from drugs and/or alcohol. A team of professionals, including psychiatrists, licensed counselors, and support workers will assist your recovery journey.

Average Length of Stay: 7-14 days

Insurances Accepted: NC Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Tri-Care
